Location: I offer in-person sessions as a therapist in Stockport, Greater Manchester for private practice counselling. I also support clients remotely, online and via telephone, across the UK.
Availability: I am currently accepting new clients for sessions during both daytime and evening hours.
I chose to train as a therapist because I wanted to provide the kind of support I know is deeply needed—a space where you can simply be yourself without the need to explain or justify who you are. My practice is built on the goal of creating an environment where you never have to filter or edit your experiences to be understood.
Whether you are navigating minority stress—the extra and often invisible weight of living in a world that isn't always designed for you—or dealing with other challenges like identity exploration, family estrangement, or the impact of trauma, I am here to help. We can explore how your intersecting identities shape your life in a safe, affirming space that prioritises your well-being and growth.
A Safe Space to Be Heard
You do not have to navigate your journey alone. Whether you are finding your way or seeking support through challenging times, this is a space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace, held in a therapeutic relationship grounded in empathy and understanding.
I am a qualified integrative therapist registered with the BACP and hold an MA in Integrative Counselling.
I am committed to continuing my professional development, and alongside my clinical practice, I hold a directorship at a local queer talking therapies and mental wellbeing hub. Through this role, I partake in community outreach initiatives, which keeps me deeply connected to the needs of the LGBTQ+ community and informs my commitment to providing affirmative, accessible support.
As an integrative practitioner, my training is rooted in relational therapeutic models, which focus on the power of our connection to help you explore and understand your experiences.
Outside of the therapy room, you will often find me walking in the woods, wearing my headphones and switching between listening to techno or hearing the sounds of nature, both of which help me stay balanced and grounded.
